We have two cats and are unable to accommodate guests pets.

children

We are unable to accommodate children below the age of 3.

deposit

One nights non-refundable deposit when booking.                   In the event of cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to charge 75% of the booking value if we are unable to re-book. We advise guests to insure against possibility of cancellation.

payment

We accept most major credit/debit cards and cheques.         We do not accept American Express and Diners Card.

access

We are situated on a hill, front entrance and rooms reached by stairs. We regret we have no ground floor accommodation and are unable to accommodate guide dogs. Please let us know your requirements.
