We have two cats and are unable to accommodate guest’s pets.

children

We are unable to accommodate children below the age of 3.

deposit

One nights non-refundable deposit when booking.                   In the event of cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to charge 75% of the booking value if we are unable to re-book. We advise guests to insure against possibility of cancellation.

payment

We accept most major credit/debit cards and cheques.         We do not accept American Express and Diners Card.

access

We are situated on a hill, front entrance and rooms reached by stairs. We regret we have no ground floor accommodation and are unable to accommodate guide dogs. Hire of wheelchairs from Help the Aged. Please let us know your requirements.
