take the St. Ives (A3074) exit from the A30 follow signs to St. Ives through Lelant and Carbis Bay, at Porthminster hotel follow Leisure Centre route bearing left onto Albert Rd, at the next sharp left (Talland Rd) we are the corner property facing you behind the sign for the Leisure Centre, pampas grass and palms. do not pass the Longships Hotel. unfortunately we do not have parking, please see map for car parks two of which are a 5 minutes walk away.
train
at St. Ives station take steps on left hand side up to The Terrace, cross over and walk up the road opposite with the no entry sign, at the top of the road we are the end of terrace house on left.

from bus terminal turn left up hill, cross over and walk up the first road on the right with the no entry sign, at the top of the road we are the end terrace house on the left hand side.
